01What AI Mogul Provides

AI Mogul is a digital platform designed to help users explore AI-powered tools, learn practical skills, discover business ideas, and create digital projects.

Available features may include:

• AI-assisted content creation.
• Images, writing, presentations, and supported AI generation tools.
• Educational resources and tutorials.
• Business and earning-opportunity research.
• Project management and saved creations.
• A community project Marketplace, when launched.
• Additional services offered under separate agreements.

Feature availability depends on your selected plan and the tools currently supported.

02Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase paid services.

You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Accounts may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

03Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout.

Before purchasing, you will be shown the subscription price, included benefits, renewal terms, and any applicable taxes or additional charges.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

AI Studio plans and general memberships may be separate purchases where expressly disclosed. A membership does not automatically include every AI Studio feature or third-party product.

Cancellation, refunds, and credits are governed by the published Subscription, Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy, subject to applicable law.

04AI Credits

Certain AI-powered tools require credits.

• Credit costs are disclosed before generation.
• Users must have sufficient available credits to perform a paid action.
• Credits are deducted according to the published credit policy.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
• Expiration and rollover rules are disclosed at purchase.
• Paid actions cannot create a negative credit balance.

AI Mogul may update future credit pricing to reflect technology and operating costs, with appropriate notice.

05AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or material similar to content generated for other users.
• Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, distribution, or commercial use.
• AI Mogul does not guarantee that generated material is unique, copyrightable, legally compliant, or suitable for a particular commercial purpose.
• Users must ensure they have permission to upload or use third-party materials.

As between the user and AI Mogul, users retain their rights in original materials they provide. Subject to applicable law and third-party AI provider terms, AI Mogul does not claim ownership of a user’s generated output solely because the platform was used to create it.

Users grant AI Mogul a limited license to process submitted materials as necessary to provide requested services.

06Educational and Business Opportunities

AI Mogul may publish information about business ideas, potential income-generating activities, digital services, and entrepreneurship.

This information is educational and informational.

AI Mogul does not guarantee earnings, business success, employment, customers, or financial results.

Actual results depend on factors such as individual effort, skills, market demand, pricing, costs, and business conditions.

Users are responsible for assessing the suitability, risks, and legal requirements of any opportunity they pursue.

07Connected Businesses and Third-Party Services

AI Mogul may feature independent businesses, partners, products, and third-party services.

Each may have its own terms, pricing, privacy practices, and refund policies.

AI Mogul does not automatically provide membership benefits or ownership rights in those businesses.

Any referral compensation, affiliate relationship, or commercial connection requiring disclosure will be identified where applicable.

08Marketplace

If a Marketplace becomes available, users may be able to submit projects for review and public display.

Publishing a project does not automatically create a sale, payment entitlement, licensing arrangement, or guaranteed audience.

Separate Marketplace policies will govern seller eligibility, project ownership, listing moderation, purchases, commissions, disputes, and payouts before transactional features are introduced.

09Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI Mogul to:

• Engage in fraud or unlawful activities.
• Infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform security.
• Access other users’ accounts without authorization.
• Exploit platform bugs, payments, or credit systems.
• Generate or distribute content prohibited by applicable law or the platform’s published acceptable-use rules.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

10Service Availability

AI Mogul aims to provide reliable access to its services, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider disruptions, or technical issues.

If a significant service failure materially affects purchased services, applicable remedies will be handled under the refund and credit policy and governing law.

11Account Termination

You may request account closure through the available account or support channels.

AI Mogul may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law and appropriate review.

Any remaining subscription rights, unused purchased credits, eligible refunds, and legally required data retention will be handled according to the published policies.

12Liability and Consumer Protection

AI Mogul provides tools and information, but users remain responsible for decisions made using platform outputs.

Any lawful limits on warranties and liability will apply only to the extent permitted by the governing law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Jurisdiction to Be Approved by Legal Counsel, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s location.

Customers should first contact AI Mogul support to seek resolution of disputes.

Any formal dispute-resolution procedures must be clearly disclosed and approved before implementation.

14Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations.

Material changes will be communicated where required. Changes affecting paid entitlements will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
